Which one is the most fastlane?

Ok, here's a question, which of these do you have most of an "in" to? For example, web hosting is more crowded then things "made from china" and SEO/web marketing services is more of a consulting gig. Your Ecommerce store sounds good but what is it of and is it in big market?

    Challenges with Stripe Payments?

Just wondering if you have run into any problems, challenges with Stripe payments? Also, have you hired a developer to do anything for your business to do with Stripe. This is regarding some need analysis I'm doing ;)

    Discovering A Need

Most of my ideas come from needs of fellow web developers and business owners. Many of them are my own needs. Also, hunt through support forums, quora, any place people might be looking for an answer to a question.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Great hearing from people working daily in the industry. Happy I didn't "just build it".

Too scared to fail: Millennials aren't starting businesses

    GOLD! MINDSET
I'm 24 and not sure if it's only something to do with my generation but being "bored" seems to be a norm. When I was younger, and today, I'm rarely bored. Too many areas to improve, interests and hustles. Being bored is foreign to me. I'd often have friends calling me to take a break from my...

Your techniques for finding needs in the marketplace

Actually just unvalidated an idea here on the forums. How I did it: - Had this idea based on an experience I had with my lawyer - Made a test page for the idea - Posted it around, got a few responses here on the forums -...

    Lawyers Niche: Expiring Legal Documents

I'm hoping that some lawyers might want to go the extra mile. Or, even resell it as their own service. That's mainly what I need to test here.

    Lawyers Niche: Expiring Legal Documents

Want to get in front of some lawyers and ask about this situation: How big a pain are expiring documents in your law practice. I ran into this problem with my lawyer. He said he should have told me that my passport expired (which I need to get my visa in a few months). Here's an idea I have to...

Your techniques for finding needs in the marketplace

I have a hard time getting people to respond to many of many emails. Do you have a copy of your old emails that you can use as an example? I'd really appreciate to know how you worded your questions. Anyways, great story ;)

Treating your business skills like tech skills

    MINDSET
I've always been a pretty good developer and it's because I "did" it every day. I haven't done the same in my business products and the results are tell tail. I'm trying to think of all of the skills I need to improve in order to be a better entrepreneur: Copywriting Sales Designing great...

Your techniques for finding needs in the marketplace

Hah! Love the attitude. Also a great way to get a leg up. In essence, a business model that already works is pretty much validated. Maybe drilling down on a specific market segment of the current service allows for some more focused results.
