    Lightbulb My First Fastlane Diary

    Hi Guys,

First of all, Let me introduce myself. I am Indonesian and was schooling at US before dropping out a while ago. I have been following this forum for quite awhile and was fascinated by Mj's book because i have the very same mindset, however due to my inexperience and no business networking i find myself going nowhere. My father has a logistic business that needs me to carry on but i feel there is a need to prove him wrong by starting something on my own from SCRATCH.

Now that i am back in Indonesia, I feel there is a lot of business opportunity but i am facing some difficulties like making my own website on the new product i am trying to sell. I found a friend that is willing to help me with this small business of mine and i am not reluctant to give him partnership because 1) he knows the environment better than me 2) he has more networking in Indonesia. But the question is, Is it better for me to learn Html and cs5 craps myself or just pay some one to do it for me. One of the web designer offer $1000 for the price of the website is it a standard price or over priced? Please help

    (sorry for the bad english)

Thank you wade1mil for that input, I have decided to outsource that part of work since i don't have a lot of time to learn that.

My product will be "Semi Illegal" in Indonesia and bringing them in will be abit of a problem, Lucky my dad has network on this part and he is willing to help me .My partner is also negotiating for the website hopefully they will lower down the price. The next step is to find the right trading partner, this will be a difficult step because those products have to come in from China (i have nothing against them) but they can be a bit cunning. Hopefully i can clinch it by this week.

    will update soon
'Semi illegal'- Its actually legal it just that there is a lot of custom work to do and bribery is needed on this part.
