You might even be able to partner with Language Learning Software like Rosetta Stone or something and help people who are trying to learn a language connect with people who are native speakers.

Isn't there a website for younger kids like facebook called my year book? I believe that social media is dominating.

Used it ages ago when dabbling in Spanish it's pretty good, you post up writing or upload your voice and native speakers can critique it, in exchange for you helping their learning, add and make friends etc etc.

I have never even seen or heard of that site...so if you can market your better...I still think you have a great idea!
