Great Day today. Closed a big deal, got an email from someone else that wants to move forward in April.

I have been working on this other idea I have had for a while, But I would need vested suppliers, well, I had one of them offer me $240k in funding today. (all that I need, and the first guy I pitched) Not sure if I am going to take it as I have a lot of other pieces to put together, I kind of wanted to spread it around to some other suppliers, so they have an interest in me making it. It was too easy though. 1 hour in he asked why I would want someone else to put money in when he was willing to do the entire thing.

This is starting to be a lot of fun.

    VOIP can suck it.
does everyone have issues with voip lines?

what is the average cost of voip?

What is the average cost per person now that you have switched to regular phone lines, are you calling nationally?

I would appreciate a price breakdown as im looking into this myself and i can not afford the "no experience, trial and error issues" im sure i will face off with. thank you

    Quick Update:

Business has been going well. The business is cash-flowing itself. So Step one is accomplished, now it is all about scaling up. I expect many more hiccups, but we are looking pretty good. Finally got a ringer salesperson, so she is dragging up the others.

The regular lines were 50 -60 bucks a month with unlimited long distance, so it doubled what I was paying before, but now I am not hearing "can you hear me" anymore.

    Quick update.

Moving to a bigger, (not much) just better suited office at the end of the week. Still on month to month. Wish I knew exactly what I need space wise, cause I feel within 6 weeks I will be moving again, but I do not want to over pay or get something to small, right now I am not sure what i will end up with, I am thinking 4k sq feet, just not sure of the layout yet. At this point though every dollar counts.

Friday bought some new-used furniture, have to move it today. Not looking forward to that. I need to buy some cubicles, not looking forward to that either cause cubicles are a pain in the a.. to move and set up.

But that will be when I move to the bigger office, (I literally gave away 32 nice cubicles when I sold my last business. I wish I had those back)

Sales are going. New employees are there, Still trying to hire everyday.

The plan is in the next 90 days to have 25 full time employees. Let's see what happens.

Very nice Jack, good progress. I've seen businesses that have taken a year plus just to get where you're at now.

Jack those cubicals are more than i thought. Im sure if you look around craigslist for a while you will be able to get a steal. Especially now with most offices hurting, even ebay.

Moved into a new (well new for me office) 1,700 sq feet office today. Bought 10 "matching" cubicles yesterday.

I am so sick of looking at furniture that does not match.

Wanted to move into a 3,400 sq footer, but they leased it right out from under me, Well not really, I am on a month to month and the new people signed for two years, so I can understand. and besides I just saved myself 4k over the 90 days in rent. Vanity has its price, but no need to over spend on wasted space.

Hoping to be out of this office in 90 days or less, to something more suitable. If not, then I am not reaching my sales goals.

Going well.. Will keep you all posted.

Plus I have decided that I think I am going to go for 25 million in sales in year 2. So I got's a ton of work to do.

I really hope this turns into one of those, wow, he started that kind of deals.

    Get used to scratching...

Actually.. It is to simple of an idea. People will think it is way to easy to duplicate but it isn't.

I am not re-inventing the wheel.

If I remember to take some pics tomorrow, I will post them up..

Wow. Forget about the industry, im scratching my head wondering how you could get so far starting with such limited capital. If you do 25 mil in sales in the second year i will stop everything im doing and come work for you for 1 year for free, so maybe that is some more incentive to reach that number.

And as far as the business goes, give it up already we all know your the P90X guy.

In all seriousness though this makes me realize i am not being productive at all, im going to have trouble sleeping tonight knowing there are people out there like you. Im going to be up at 5am starting tomorrow and that is my new start time.
