Omfg, that's you!? My roommate and I went through reading the different articles on that site! Freaking HILARIOUS man. I haven't laughed that hard in ages. When I went to the books section I was like wait, I think I've seen that book before... Yup.

What's the market response to an ebook like that? I read the sample on Amazon, and it's really funny! Just wondered how the market has responded. Haven't had time to hunt around the site, but from what I have skimmed, it looks entertaining. Keep us updated.

It's funny that you're writing about getting likes and using it to sell a book, when in reality a majority of the "like pages" are really just money makers themselves.

I know this is a little off topic but I just wanted to share that knowledge with our forum here. Like pages (normally) = making money. You may have already known that, but it's an interesting fact, there is money to be made everywhere.

The market response for my eBook has been slow, but I figure that's because nobody knows about it. So my current article site is the medium I'm using to generate traffic and hopefully produce my own sales. Truth be told, your book sits there after month 1 with absolutely no response. What they do is add you to a new releases list, and you'll get some sales, but after you're removed from the list sales die down. At that point you're responsible for generating your own traffic.

I am aware that "likes" pages are very good for marketing. So what I tried to do was spin it off in an amusing way, make some people laugh in the process, poke some fun, then be a huge hypocrite at the end with my own likes page. So far so good. It's only been up for a day or so, but hopefully more traffic will come. Reddit was responsible for nearly 300 views this morning.

Of course bud, I saw the hypocritical humor in it and I'm sure most people did on here. But when I originally saw the whole thing about hating "like pages" I immediately thought of how people create them, sell them for profit, rinse and repeat. So I wanted to bring it up in case you wanted to make some extra income later down the road .

To be honest with you, I have read two more articles since the first, hilarious stuff, keep it up.
