This is a great question as remember being faced with the same challenge. If I recall correctly, moving from VR to AWeber and subjecting your subscribers to the "double-opt-in" option again, the default effect is to lose about 50% of your list.

This is kinda dumb. These are actually current customers and maybe a handful of non-customers who joined the list.

I am all for verification for new signups but not for existing list members. I guess I will have to keep using VR if this is the case.
