Watched it from beginning to end. Gonna have to watch it again, it's a lot to take in but the message is pretty heavy hitting: "People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it." It's actually a bit different from MJ's cat analogy (which can be described for almost anything, whether it be money, girls, power, you name it) but the message is just as versatile. People latch on to beliefs, not plans.
It also explains why even the person with the best business plan will get turned down by an investor: the investor has to believe not in the product but in the person.
