What to look for and where. My first question is what is a
Good price to charge for advertising on webpages and also what is good rate to
    Charge for fresh leads.

That question needs to be narrowed a bit. There are far to many variables to consider to give you an accurate answer. What do you mean by advertising on webpages - Adwords, facebook, banner ads? As far what to charge for leads that's also very general. What type of service/product? Who is your audience? You'll want to charge whatever the market can bear.

Should this *really* be your first question? You want to travel to the moon and your first question is about what to wear? Shouldn't it be more along the lines of "how am I going to get there? And why?"

OK, OK, mabey I should wait until I finished reading the whole book. I got the first 3 free chapters and I've been pumped ever since while waiting for my hardcopy book that I ordered to come in. Well, I have been in the business of small claim judgment and debt negotiation for 3 years. I would like to build my own webpage to start selling my own leads. I want to sell spots for advertisements also on the page.

What's the site going to be about? And how will you stand out from other competitors in your industry or niche?

I want to have it set up to where a person can click on any state. On each state I will have debt negotiators advertistments on that page only for the state they are in........they will be able to buy fresh leads for that state. I would like to update the leads weekly. I want to try to make everything state specific. I haven't really figured out what my niche will be yet to make me stand out. I feel there is a great need for this business, because of the large amount of debt people are in.

When searching for someone to build a website for me...I'm not sure what to exactly look for. Should I advertise for a web designer? Also are they the same people that do SEO. I'm trying to build a website selling debt settlement leads. I looked at elance, but I wasn't sure exactly what I needed.....a programmer, web designer, then it said something about SEO/SEO writier. Can someone guide me as to what all I need for my page. Is there someone that anyone recommends to do all of this?

Instead of asking us to do all your research for you, go to Google and search SEO. It takes 1 second. Once you actually know what SEO is, you can ask us if SEO is good for a fastlane business, which I will go ahead and anwser as yes.

Actually, I was not trying to get anyone to research anything for me. I was asking a question....as I'm new to this. Thought this was a place to get help. Guess not. That was not my question.
