Thread: Will Wordpress Do For Most Tasks?

I use wordpress for all my sites, re Affiliate marketing etc so do you think that it is sufficient for most tasks and saves time (there are some great templates available free and paid) so is it still worth your time learning things like C++ etc?

Learning is always worth your time. Will learning a programming language, or database query system help you make more money on the Internet? Probably not in a fast lane way. Marketing, traffic generation, other revenue streams, building a team, copywriting would be areas I would focus on first.

I agree. If learning it won't make that much of an impact towards more money for your site then wordpress is fine. You can always outsource the small things that you don't know how to do and spend your time on the other areas that you need to learn.
