Hi All,

How can you develop website which can sort information by city. For ex -1) The user has to select the city first
2) The website need to display the information based on the city. How to put 1) Drop down list to all cities
in US and 2) How to use this information to display city specific information. Any suggestion ?

Putting all cities in the US into a dropdown box isn't going to happen, even filtering the cities by state would be a huge list. The premise is simple but would take a bit of work to make it do what you want. You need a database containing the city/zip code and then the information that you want displayed. The user would type the city/state/zip into a search box and the database would pull the info and present it based on the input data. That's the barebones of it, but it should get you started in your search. Here's a site that gives free downloads of zip code data for the US that I use and find helpful.
