    Default My new site.

This site took months and months to build. Actually over a year. It has over 30 gigs of movies and I'm just about to add a new batch.

The tour isn't exactly 100% how I want it but it is close. I also need to mess around with the price structure a bit. See sig.

I will be marketing the site to baby boomers and seniors, primarily offline. I have that all planned out and we'll be starting on Friday.

Our big selling point is service, service, service.

    Very interesting.

From my perspective, you may want to actually provide users with a few "free" videos so they can get an idea of what they are getting with their money. In other words, let non-members have access to the full interface of the site, just like paying subscribers would...but only have a few videos available for viewing.

If you haven't heard of it, check out lynda.com. It looks like you are hitting on the same concept, but just for simpler applications.

    Good luck!

    Any update on this?

You spent a year working on the site before knowing if you would make any money with it?!?!

I also suggest having some free videos for people to see. Right now, I have a hard time believing someone would pay $40 a month just from how the site is set up now.
