Thread: Any Internet Marketing Experts Here?

In one of the other threads, someone posted a link to the warrior forums. I followed the link over and started looking at article marketing. Do you guys think this is worth pursuing? This is a big thing to that forum so I know they'd say yes, but I wanted a broader view from this community as it seems you can take a good idea like this and make it better and more Fastlane.

Anyways, I thought I'd give it a shot and wrote an article, (I wouldn't mind a critique...) Personally, I'm not a writer and before I spend the money to hire a freelancer to continue this further, I wanted to see if anyone could suggest a better way to market a new website.

I find article marketing to be a lot slower and with lesser returns. A lot of warriors just make money from selling each other e-books in their "WSO" sales.

Wickedfire's been a helluva good resource, but there's one downside. It's full of dickrolls, watch out for them.

The storyline is great and the content is awesome.

However, I would shorten the length of the article and the length of the paragraphs. People usually maintain attention for three to four sentences then break.

I am not an internet marketing expert but it is what I do for a living. Article marketing is an arrow, a very effective arrow, in your quiver. Use it EARLY and use it OFTEN. The money from this shows up in the FUTURE.

Being that it takes time, is tedious and is delayed gratification, the more you should do it. It should be a hybrid of fee/free advertising. I do all my free advertising first, then move to fee.

On a side note, ninety percent of my affiliate income comes from article marketing. Don't expect this in the beginning but it can be done. I am a rather patient individual.

Check out press releases. They are another arrow for your marketing quiver.
