Do any of you RE investors/speculators use targeted opt-in maillists in your line of work?

If not, why not consider it?

Why? As you may know, the more bidders you have for a property, the higher the price you can get. If you use a rental list and you pay $1 per thousand leads and you can reach 5,000,000 potential RE speculators or even normal private buyers with an interest of living in the property you are selling, then you have a world of opportunities on your finger tips.

If we say that only 0.1% are highly potential buyers then you have 5000 leads to have a bidding with. Let them bid against each other.

Why not try it?

This goes with almost all kinds of industries. You can use email lists to your advantage.
