Buying lead lists

I need to get a list of the top 1 million alexa sites, categorized, and their contact information (email).

Anyone have experience with something like this?

Go here: Alexa Top 500 Global Sites

and look in the top right hand corner, it's a free download.

You'll have to work out the categories etc, or search Google, someone will be selling it, I'm sure.
