I had not heard the term before you just asked, but the above sound good to me.

I assume they mean something like this...

I must be tired from running around in the sun all day with my kid lol. what i actually googled was "approximate lot is FLAG" exactly what i typed in my post...exactly what it said on realtor.com.

it didnt show what I wanted and I was too lazy/tired/preoccupied to think of other ways to search. I knew someone here would know...
