Default 17 years old.. Millionaire by 21. No doubt!

    Hey everyone...

    My name's Mike McAleer

I'm 17 years old and have made thousands online marketing info products, building websites, selling domain names and more....

Every time I want to do something there's always another thing to do...

Reading the Millionaire Fastlane has made me realize that you really do need to focus on a monogamy (think that's what MJ called it)...and then after that you can spread into other areas once you have that initial wealth built up...

I want to make money as fast as possible but sometimes the best way to do things is having a strategy in place.

Instead of making 50 bucks here and 200 there and so forth doing little projects.. the time is much better spent focusing on a BIG IDEA that solves a need in the marketplace and will affect millions in scale or thousands in magnitude or a combination of the two...

I am thinking of doing JV's with high traffic blog owners and building membership sites for them as I am quite skilled at technical stuff and information product creation .

I figured I could become a membership expert of sorts with several sites and then sell each site off for 5-6 figures each.

this would give me capital for a FASTLANE business that I choose.

heck, I could even do the memberships as fastlane but I am just not sure of it yet....

the problem is I don't think the idea is sexy enough...

like how'd you make your millions? "doing membership sites in various niches as an info marketer" ....idk i could do it..I just think I can find something else..

I have read tons of internet marketing products as well as the Millionaire Fastlane, the Big Idea by Danny Deutsch, and now am reading the Thinkertoys book that teaches creativity exercises so that I can create ideas for fastlane businesses and choose one that fits the 5 commandments laid out by MJ for maximum scale, max speed , high control, reasonable entry, and in the minimum amount of time .

Also, I want something where I can have a good liquidation event for a nice payday likely in the range of 5+ million.... like MJ suggests...

Here's what I need to do / am going to do...

1- Launch a membership site in an undisclosed niche hopefully netting 5 figures ..
this will make me feel comfortable enough to have a little income with some recurring aspect ..
2- Read Thinkertoys to find FASTLANE IDEAS..brainstorm in a notebook... and analyze them using the Millionaire Fastlane 5 commandments as well as other metrics...
3-Choose an idea that I think will do well (i.e. millions of dollars)
it takes the same amount of time to make $5/hr as it does to make a FASTLANE business worth millions..... the key is finding the right road first...an hour is an hour..it is how you use it that matters. there is no point in building a business if it is not FASTLANE so why not try to be as fastlane as possible to hit the desired income goals..? makes sense!

4-Start developing a plan for the idea:
-daily, weekly, monthly tasks needed to get done to succeed
-any processes that can be automated (either through software or humans) will be automated
    - any skills that I need to learn can be learned unless I can outsource cheaper and at a high quality of returned product..

5- Work on that idea and go all out on it without any distraction into slow lane type ventures that have low entry, no need, no scale, long times, and little to no control...

It's all about the road and getting from point a to b. Take the highway straight to FASTLANE MILLIONS...!

    Let's do it!

If anyone's reading out there... let me know... LOL..

    Thanks,
    Mike McAleer

Mike, I don't know if any of these ventures are going to fly for you. But I'm quite certain SOMEthing will. Your energy and your passion for this are unmistakable!

Can you tell me how to inject that kind of enthusiasm and can-do attitude into my 16 and 14 yr olds!?!??

    UPDATE:

Still working on get a niche down and contacting JV partners for a membership site launch...

Goal would be to keep doing "rolling launches" with different jv partners to reach a level of 4-5 figures per month

jv parntner gets 50 percent so 4 figure profit and 5 figure revenue...

that will make me comfortable to launch a FASTLANE business using ideas I generate using thinkertoys.

I have read through the book so far and now am going to focus on individual thinkertoys to use to generate some fastlane ideas.

from that point it is about getting on the right road, driving the right car, and pressing the pedal full throttle, right?

    Mike,

I have to agree with Gary ... you will succeed, especially since you already have significant experience. Your passion and drive, coupled with a Fastlane framework, makes you, well, dangerous.

It sounds like we share a lot of the same interests Mike, I look forward to seeing what you progress with and connecting with you about what I'm doing. I started with graphic arts and web development and have made several thousand doing that and various other things but I am also starting to realize I need to focus on one area and really develop something that is also going to bring me some long term passive income.

Thanks MJ, your book has really changed my thinking and I appreciate it.

Everyone says do what you love, what you are good at, what is fun, what you will enjoy doing...

    F That haha...

you sure can do that... but you wont make millions unless the things you love, are good at, have fun doing, and enjoy doing help people solve a need/problem on a large scale..

If you can combine your strengths, with a need in the marketplace while providing a unique competitive advantage, you will make money.

if you don't have strengths, but have found a need, find a unique competitive advantage to solve that need and you will win.

I was reading some stuff by Rich Schefren where he says focus on what you are good at but what if that doesn't solve any needs?!

It confused the hell out of me...

But the key is to follow the 5 commandments and if you have the strength great, if not you can learn and earn..

    Thanks....

    UPDATE:

I am on my summer vacation so have been busy with some other stuff...yet that is no excuse!

I don't think I have contacted nearly enough JV partners.

So what I am going to do THIS AFTERNOON is contact at least 50 JV Partners in various niches.

I will see what deals I can strike, then I will create an offer to match that traffic.

My goal is to create a membership site and funnel people through so that I get at least 4 or 5 figures...

Then I could sell that site on flippa for an infusion of cash.

After that, I am going to FIND and EXECUTE a fastlane plan that I think will have a high chance of success.

Have to always be learning and doing..

    I'll keep you updated...

    Update:

I sent out a bunch of emails and got one reply so far.

He asked how the JV deal would work and I sent him an email back...

I will see what he responds...

Before I go to bed tonight I am going to brainstorm some fastlane ideas.

I already have been generating some ideas... and I may decide to share tomorrow.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Still waiting to see what the guy responds...

My goal is to create a 4 figure monthly membership site.. then sell it for 5 figures as soon as possible.

This will leave me comfortable to have enough money saved up in the bank to explore a TRUE fastlane opportunity.

Oh yea, I also had an idea that I would like to liscense to a company and think I will try to contact companies this week as well using an outsourced cold caller from elance. After I get a provisional patent though which may take some time.

I have to get off the computer and really think things out.

I will be back later to share..

Back... had a busy day with a doctors appointment and other stuff going on...

I got an email from the JV partner and he is interested.

I am going to set up a squeeze page ( a page that captures emails) which he will send to his blog readers...

We are going to see how many people are interested in a premium financial advice course out of his blog readers.

If there are enough interested, I will go ahead and create the site and hopefully sell enough for a 4 figure monthly income. 50-100 x $29 would get me there .

After this I will think about expanding it by promoting with other JV partners.

We will see how this goes.

Getting 4-5 figures would be nice for me so I could shut my parents up for a bit about getting a "real job" as they like to call it. ( I don't think working minimum wage ANYWHERE is a "real job" for me ! )

I still need to sit down and really think about FASTLANE ideas some more but the thing that has been concerning me most is just getting that 4-5 figures first.

I have had several good ideas I think but it will need some seed cash so let's get that seed cash then move on with the idea I choose..

But a million is a million no matter how you do it I guess...

    Let's do it..

    Will update later..

I have received an email back.

We are going to set up a squeeze page to capture emails of those interested in our product.

We will see how many sign up and then create the product based on their needs .

I am still brainstorming fastlane ideas.

Not to be harsh, but there's nothing to say until you get customers to pay you money.

I just want to know that people are actually reading it or else I'll just keep a private diary...
