let me juss say that you could make membership site in almost any area, well if they can find the information you are going yo provide them in the members area, probably not a good idea. A friend of mine for example is having a wine membership site ~even her client is Mike from Simply Red~ so as you can see, even wine is a nice topic for a membership site. But I know a lot of guys has yachts, boats, cars, moto ect membership sites. And knowing some guys get like 5-6 figures every month is awesome! Im into a membership now, I will offer a service thought I wont be personal responsible for the service so its separated from my own time. I got some more stuff to do but it's almost done and I gotta stard with the SEO part

    I am back now.

Sent over the squeeze page to my Joint Venture Partner.

    Fastlane ideas:
have a few but am still generating...

there are so many different opinions on business and start ups that it gets confusing...

Just need to focus on a unique approach to solving a problem in the marketplace.

    Then, the money will follow.

I also need to evaluate the market potential of each idea and if people need it, desire it, and most importantly actually will pay money for it!

Will update with progress on joint venture project and then share some fastlane ideas with you.

    Update:

Not sure what is going on with the membership site..

guy has my squeeze page but hasn't sent it out yet.

I will update on how that goes....
but....I also sent out an email to a blogger in a niche I have a info product for (Domain Flipping which I actually do for some cash)

I will see if this blogger responds...

Also, I have one of my sites up for sale on flippa and I am really believing I will get low-mid four figures for it...

I am also selling some of my sh*t on ebay.

This will give enough money for me to feel comfortable not having to get a job.

My parents want me to " get a real job" but if I can get a couple thousand in the bank , I'll be set to explore my fastlane business and really focus on it.

Last night I had a decent brainstorm session for fastlane ideas and I will continue to do that.

I think it is important to spend time thinking about which idea will work or at least has a higher chance (because you never really know) ....

This way, you aren't stuck on the wrong road and then have to start all over again anyway.

    Need
    Entry
    Control
    Scale
    Time

    Today:

    Going to workout,

then brainstorm some more ideas using Thinkertoys which is awesome, as well as some other methods for business idea creation and validation...

    I'll be back..

    Update:

Auction on Flippa got messed up a little bit so I relisted it.

I am aiming for low-mid 4 figures but might get less.

In the mean time, I think I might have landed a JV deal for my domain flipping product.

The financial product JV deal is going slow. Actually I am going to email the guy. Just did to remind him.

I will continue to update as I go along.

Also, I am continuing to generate Fastlane ideas.

I need some income first to keep my parents satisfied so I can stay away from a time sucking $8/hr job.

It is very important to get on the right road first and make sure the speed limit isn't too slow.

I've read 5 books this summer Built to Sell, Thinkertoys, The Millionaire Fastlane, The Big Idea, and One Simple Idea.

I've also been learning lots of new stuff as I go along. I recommend Mixergy.com to anyone interested in entrepreneurship.

Eric Ries and David Heinemeyer Hanson have some good beliefs as well.

    So:

    -Creating More Fastlane Ideas
    -Seeing how partnership works out

For some reason, no one is interested in paying for my business that I was trying to sell on Flippa. It makes 500 per month and I was trying to sell for a few grand but it didn't work out. I might have to list again.

I have been trying to figure out what I really value in life and the fastlane isn't desperate for me but it is still something I believe in 100%.

I am 17 years old and want to enjoy my last year of highschool as well as enjoy a typical college experience.

The fastlane business will definitely be something that I WILL ACCOMPLISH, but I have other things in life I WANT to do as well.

The last 8 months, I've been learning about internet marketing and dabbling in little online ventures that didn't really do me much good but I've learnt a lot and even MJ started out dabbling with stuff until he found a need that he could solve.

I just don't want to miss out on some other things that I want to do( like working out, focusing on school, doing stuff with friends)

While I like entrepreneurship and the fastlane, I need to get my mental and physical health in an optimum state first.

The point in life is to be happy.

I will be a millionaire. I just need to focus my efforts on stuff that matters to me first and then get on the right road to the fastlane.

P.s. I've got one idea that I can update on later for you once I validate it.

My experience with flippa is, if you mess up the first time - you're done. I tried to sell website that make $1500 per month on auto pilot but I did not pitch it properly the first time b/c I was so confident that $1500 on auto pilot website would sell for at about (1500x12)x3 = $54,000 but I did not get any bids... So I souped up the listing and then relisted it but again didn't receive any interest - so after listing and experimenting with flippa I found out that you have to create a top notch listing the first time to get the fair/maximum value for your website. Now whenever I list on flippa I create a listing that provides all information about the website and the benifits buyers will get after buying the website. Just consider your listing as any other landing page... if the copy is not convincing then no matter what... you'll not get price you deserve... the point is, it is not the business you're trying to sell, it's perhaps the copy you used to pitch it to the market...

But I love your attitude... I wish I had that when I was 17... and I have no doubt you'll go far... Good luck!

    I've been very busy.

Went to the shore early this week.

I have been trying to focus on stuff I need to get done for school because it starts on Wednesday.

I have also really been trying to get back into fitness and getting better sleep.

I just didn't think I could keep going on like I had been for a while this year.

Life is all about what you want and right now I want good health, fitness, wellbeing, and happiness.

I am still holding the fastlane plan in my mind, but not if it totally compromises what else is going on that I want to focus on.

I am not talking about being lazy and watching tv or giving up on my dream.

It is just that I need health first and then I will be happy and directed towards my fastlane goals.

I have had several ideas of what I'd like done and I will keep generating ideas until I find one I really would like to execute on.

I may choose to execute on one I already have starting this week and just testing it out.

    I'll let you know...

I am glad now that I have focused on getting my health, fitness, and state of mind back so I feel like I can start doing some things again just with a more focused attention.

I will be outsourcing the marketing for an idea I have and I will let you know how it goes (if I get a good response).

Then I can actually perform the service myself for the first couple times and when the work gets out of hand, I can just outsource the work to someone as well.

    We'll see how it goes...
