Question I have a few questions to affiliate marketers.

I'd would be glad to get answers from people who really make money.
    1. How do you know this or that company won't steal/hide your sales?
    2. What are you suggestions on what points I have to take a look at when I join to affiliate programs?
And please any other advice of your personal experiance would be great for me.
    Thanks.

    Hello,
As for your first question - the answer is; you can't and won't know. Scrubbing sales is sadly too common in the affiliate marketing industry.

What to look for? Look for reputable networks with a strong focus on helping their affiliates. Sometimes you need a referral from someone to get approved, but I can help wih that if you're interested.

    1. You really don't. It's called scrubbing, and many affiliate companies do it. Some of the commercial tracking platforms have this feature built right in, so they can set it to scrub 20% of leads, for example. Often times it's not the affiliate company, but the advertiser (product owner). If you know your metrics, you'll know when you're being scrubbed.

    2. At what page do you get credited for the lead/sale. Payment terms. Refund/chargeback policy. Search Google to find out more about their reputation (do they pay on time). Get on the phone to interview them.

    Eskil, thanks.
    1. It's what stopping me from affiliates; you never know if you've made a sale because you're out of controlling any sales. I worked with EPN earning peanuts and it was unclear what item I sold.

    2. Well, dO you mean you can send me a reffer link to a company you've been working with?

    Rerun, thank for your answer.

Really, I'm only interested in affiliate companies which are selling phisical products, not virtual stuff. Amazon looks good, but they hold cookies a very short time.

If you're able to do affiliate marketing with SEO or free traffic, this is not as much of an issue. But to make really good money, you have to get into paid traffic - and that means also closely and often monitoring your ROI. If The advertiser, merchant, or network all the sudden turns on the scrub....your ROI will go down the toliet.

Yeah I have quite a few connections in the various top networks so if you're really interested I can refer you.

SEO shouldn't be an issue for me. I just want to promote/sell products which are interesting for me. Around so many bulshit. One of my emails is filled different crappy affiliate messages. However, if you have somethings unique, pm me, please.
    Thanks.
