Thread: Most users ever online was 2,043

On Jul 28th, 2010, I was wondering what happened in that timeframe for the forum to see a lot of users logged in. My local time according to that date was 3 a.m.

Can anyone shed any details?

Something to do with MJ's book release I would guess.

I had a few controversial threads around that time period...

I'm pretty sure it was a DOS attack (or something bot/computer related) that the forum registered as users. Nothing special happened on that day.
