I know it's boring but... losing weight is on my list. I did it once and I am going to do it again. The hardest part for me is keeping off the weight...

    1) Lose 3-5 pounds per month. x 12 months = 1 year goal of 40 total pounds. I need to lose half that to get down to where I was this summer. I gained a lot in the last 4 or 5 months. Eating crap, stopped exercising, the whole 9.

    2) Double my salary with my online endeavor. This actually sounds major but it's not since I have only been paying myself a small portion for the last 8 months. It's a nice goal and achievable.

    3) Dress nicer and shave more. I know this sounds strange but my attitude changes when I dress up a bit and make myself look nice, wear cologne, shave, and keep my hair trimmed. I look nicer, smell nicer, feel nicer, and am received by others nicer....

    4) Make daily goals. I have a lot of long term goals but very little day to day goals. It's easy to allow a day or two to go by without moving forward. I will be spending Sunday night laying out the week's goals on a daily level from 9:30am to 4pm. I will allow after 4pm to be less structured.

    5) Treat others better. I will spend more time this year complimenting others. I will also try to help friends and family by being a better listener, and helping them seek out any solutions to their problems, questions, etc. Find out more what is going on in their lives and goals and see if I can help them with it.

This will begin in about 10.5 hours....

I spent some time working on this and this is probably as detailed as I'll get it. There is a little overlap in this list and I also omitted a couple of very personal goals, but I plan on being as aggressive as I was in the 4Q09. And I am keeping names of my companies private. I wish everyone luck and hopefully we all succeed in achieving our desires.

Happy and healthy new year to all.

I've never made any new years resolutions before and I can't see any reason to start now. I can't even think about what I would like to accomplish. However, I hope everybody achieves what they set out to do in this new year!

    Best regards.
