Thread: Stumbled upon this talk by Simon Sinek - EXCELLENT!

Simon Sinek har some execellent points and I'm a huge fan of him. He's got some great video's at his YouTube too. I really like the examples he gives with Apple and Martin Luther King about HOW they communicate and why it works.

The WHY is the MOST important factor. I also believe that if your why doesn't make you cry, your why isn't strong enough.
