This is worth watching. Motivation to go after "it" in life. Keep Mj's concepts in mind, some of the video is lacking in detail, but hey its for motivation.

They touch on "process" and "no excuses" to getting where you want to be. I believe if you combine these two videos you have a powerful message to start the day, week, and 2012 with. Other good ones there as well.

Motivation is great...but these videos are basically saying that you have to be a certain person or fit a certain criteria in order to "make it" in life or business.

I disagree because entrepreneurs aren't born they are made, through either circumstances or through their own choosing.

Motivation is great but while you're watching these videos there is someone out there doing the thing in real life...

Its not a waste of time to give value. Im not replying to anyone, but I will state that everyone needs a little motivation from time to time, if anyone watches Mj's vids he speaks of the Desert of Desertion. If entrepreneurs were born and not made then it would probably be paradoxical to suggest that 80% of first time "self-made" entrepreneurs were born, and would imply a lineage of others in the family.
