It was really only in the last couple of centuries that the whole concept of "make money" even came in to being - this phrase was coined in the United States. Prior to this, countries generally had "rulers" and "subjects". Some of the blocks some may experience in terms of tapping in to the abundance that is available to each and every one of us may be related to programming unintentionally coded in to genetics that was unknowingly passed down through the centuries based on what is now an utterly outmoded mindset.
