Default MTV actually has a good show

I never would have thought I would be saying this and it could be preemptive because I only saw one episode. But Rob Dyrdek's fantasy factory is full of fastlane ideas if you know what your looking at and Rob himself is very fastlane.

The episode I saw (only general ball park quotes), Rob sings a jingle he maid up randomly and then says he is the Jayz of jingles. When his buddy laughed at him he say " Are you doubting me well that sounds like a challenge". He follows up with "If somebody tells you that you will fail then you have no choice but to go out there and try to prove to your will fail." He then calls his manager and tells him to get him a jingle contract. His manager tells him to come up with a portfolio of jingles and he will do it. Rob immediately starts recoding his jingles. He didn't sit and think about it for a week he went right to work and finished recoding that day. Long story short he got a deal.

Rob Dyrdek is the man. There is a ton of times people just bet him he can't do something and he does it. You ever see the "respect your monkey" episode? Where the guy has a 3 wheeled bike, and next thing you know rob is getting a contract for them to be sold in Walmarts and already had people in China making it for him.

No I haven't it sounds pretty sweet. I haven't watched MTV for probably 7 years until I was visiting an old friend the other day. From the sound of it I might have to start watching it more often. I never thought I would be promoting an MTV reality show but his show truly inspirational. It shows the your attitude is really the defining factor regardless of the industry.

No doubt, he deff has a can do attitude. One of his episodes he has a meeting with Lamar Odom, they end up opening a restaurant together. He has his hands in so many things is ridiculous. Another episode he has a skateboard competition at the factory, which was really just to promote his new software he came up with. He designed some kind of program that lets judge's instantly score the person on their performance, and then shows them where they are on the leader board. In yet another episode he builds his cuz Drama a recording studio, and I'm sure he gets a piece of whatever Drama produces.

Thats the bike I was talking about. It has like a sidecar attachment for someone to ride along and do tricks and jumpes with, also known as the "monkey"

How to kickflip your Chevy Sonic like a skateboard

We can now safely say Rob Dyrdek is officially the first man on Earth to successfully kickflip a Chevrolet Sonic. The kickflip is, in effect, a barrel roll, wherein a skateboard performs a complete heels-to-Jesus 360. That's challenging enough when it's just your two legs standing between you and success. Throw in the mass of a B-segment hatchback and a whole separate set of challenges await. Chevrolet set up two corkscrew ramps for the stunt, and Dyrdek managed to vault the Sonic over a novelty-sized skateboard before crashing back down to Earth.
