I spent a several hours this week and fixed it, and launched it -- thought I need to do so since I mentioned it in my book and some people have asked for it.

This is the matrix I used to determine that I need to move to Phoenix. It determined that I should NOT invest in a Vegas restaurant. It determined that I need to sell my business.

Every big decision of consequence I used this matrix to gain clarity -- except I didn't have a website -- only a pencil and a piece of paper.

Using it is FREE (outside of a intro popup!)

Used this today to decide whether or not to continue with my currently failed business start-up, continue as something different, or kill it all together.

Matrix said to kill it all together. Not sure if this is what I want to do. Thoughts keep swirling in my head that basically echo - you only truly fail when you give up.

It makes the most sense to quit now since I am basically with virtually no real traction after three years, but looking back I have always failed because I quit when the going was tough.

I think I will opt for the middle of three the three options and continue with something different and apply all I have learned from failure so far. I may be too stubborn to quite.
