Default A big entrepreneur hates paper shuffling.

How To Lead Like Richard Branson

Richard Branson ones again. He is my inspiration in business and in life in general. He is a doer and he is a guy who does not wait and hope, he just experiment and test things. That is a wonderful mentality to have. It makes life a delight even in bad times. Power of the mind as they say.

I specificly wanted to show you this part of the text:

"Branson is often criticized for his management style – or lack thereof. He holds no regular board meetings, has no business headquarters, and has no idea how to operate a computer. But, with his brand name licensed to over 250 companies, Branson has had to develop the necessary leadership skills to ensure his survival."

Why? I can relate to that. I am not very much for board meetings and I try to avoid it as much as I can because they fill no real function as far as I am concerned. As I see it, just file the damn papers and be over with it. We already know why we need to file all of those nonsense papers anyway: So that boring people in those boring buildings can have something to waste their time on. What a joke, really.
