Thread: HELP ! I Hate Administrative Tasks

They make me feel like I'm being told to do stupid work. I feel like I have no control when I have to send requests, documents, etc. I feel like it's a waste of my energy and brainpower.

Yes, I still do them because they have to be done but it takes me a looong time, and it drains/stresses me so much I'm incapable of creative work afterwards.

Has anyone had this problem before ?

Yeah, this is the sort of thing you have to get off your chest if you want your company to truly grow. After a while the company should be able to run itself without much work from you. Hire or outsource stuff that doesn't directly grow the company. Your job is NOT to run a company, your job is to create a company/team that can run itself.

After the company is running by itself without much intervention from you, you should focus on growing and improving the company as rapidly as possible.
