Just more hate, blame, negativity and shit from the masses. Remember that dumb ass poster in your 4th grade class that said "Attitude is everything!" and had an elephant spraying water and shit. I now look back and realize just how true that is despite it being so cliche and dry.

I'm not sure about this. The IRS has its mouth watering. They are pretty aggressive when it comes to getting their money. Repo anyone?

This is a great way to put it. Real Entrepreneurs feel excited when the level of difficulty is known because they know the value that is in store. Fake entrepreneurs on the other hand feel anxiety and instead move one to some other money chasing scheme. If your barriers to entry are so low...

Exactly, that's exactly what he says in the book. Reading it and so far I have to say it's very, very good (I've read like 500 books on health/nutrition etc., but this one is one of the best so far)

Yes, this is actually something one of the most respected doctors, Dr. David Agus in the US is saying: If you exercise in the gym for an hour and then sit for five hours a day, it is the equivalent to smoking a pack and a quarter of cigarettes a day. He's just released a new book named 'the...

I just don't buy that at all. Sorry man. This is a total victim mentality. "I'm stuck where I am because nobody is doing anything!! Help!" The last time I checked Los Angeles has a pretty good public library system with a media center. Why not donate a copy of TMF to every public library...

IMO Lead Generation is for the most part DEAD. Business models change. What works 10 years ago doesn't work today. Markets change. Businesses that don't keep up get wiped out. Where is the need? Your talking about a business model but no need or fastlane opportunity? How about finding...

You can't change mind / character / nature by giving somebody poor just money. If you would give the "poor" those 2 options what do you think they would pick: a.) a free fastlane book b.) 50$ Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a...

Not to get political but seriously this is not right. This is not free markets. The same with the mortgage debacle. If the student loan lending market was truly "free" then no one would give an 18 year with no credit history and no job a 100k loan. And no one would give a 500k mortgage to...

Exactly! On german ebay you just need to switch from private seller account to a business account and you go from 1k/10items to 4k/100items per month - all it takes is a few clicks. After that you have to make sure you are playing by Ebay's rules and do a good job as a seller - means: 5 star...

Yeah because no one in their right mind would share their social security number with someone so they can use it. Have you tried Amazon? Do you have a U.S. bank account? I'm guessing no because you need a SS for that. I think paypal has an alternative for raising your limit other than SS? ...

This is a scam. Ebay uses several tools to track suspended users such as your IP address, your home phone number, etc. And a paypal account for sale? I laughed. This shit is highly regulated. Fraudulent for sure. Whos information are they using to do all of this? It has to be stolen. ...

The Number One Thing You Have to Get Over.

by socaldude on Apr 28th, 2013 at 07:10 PM
The number one thing you have to get over in life is the belief that things cannot change.

The belief that you cannot determine the person you want to become and go the places you want to go.

This is the number one thing I think keeps people from doing or becoming what they want.

WAY too many people believe the following:

1. They will never develop good social skills or communication skills and live a life full of diverse relationships. They

Empowering Beliefs

by socaldude on Apr 12th, 2013 at 01:52 AM
That is what I think the secret is to excellence in any area of life. Whether it's communication skills, business, entrepreneurship, management, self-esteem, relationships, productivity, happiness, dating etc.

What is the opposite of empowering beliefs? Limiting Beliefs. These are beliefs that are keeping you from experiencing something, that keep you from seeing something, or doing something. These are beliefs that literally keep you hostage or prisoner.

Why Communication Skills Are So Important

by socaldude on Feb 23rd, 2013 at 05:56 PM
It's a beautiful day today; about 70 degrees, sunny skies, and a cool ocean breeze.

I was invited as a guest to attend a meeting between the founders and management of an online job service. I took the offer and attended the meeting this morning .

This experience made me realize something I already knew. I knew communication skills are important but I COMPLETELY misunderstood and underestimated just how important it is to be able to express your ideas with others, create

Business Partnerships

by socaldude on Aug 18th, 2012 at 07:27 PM
Several minds are better than one. Team work makes the dream work. Totally true....well sometimes. As a matter of fact its rare. The fact is almost all partnerships fail. Lets take this shit apart and examine why.

Business partnerships can launch you into breath taking heights of success OR they can take you to hell leaving you with a broken friendship filled with resentment and lost money and time.

Here are my reasons why partnerships fail:

1. You are

Confidence

by socaldude on Jul 28th, 2012 at 04:33 PM
What the hell is it? How do I get it?

These are the questions I used to always ask myself. As someone who used to be socially awkward and a loner. As well as not having a lot of success with girls ; I embarked on an expidition to find out what confidence really is. And how to obtain it.

First of all lets define confidence. Confidence is the state of mind(Beliefs) that tolerates uncertainty in any given situation by being certain. A series
