Welcome to my blog.

Howdy and welcome. Not sure what I can put here that will be of value to anyone.

I am a real estate investor and public school teacher. My REI stuff is mostly rentals.

My kid just left for college and will finish in 4 years, yeah right.

Words of advice or wisdom? Think it out, make a plan, execute, don't take no for an answer. Watch your cashflow all the times, have cash reserves, don't leverage too much.

More to come, good luck to all.
