Awesome, love the style of writing. A few of the comments are sad, like the woman who commented a novel and has "no choice" in getting $200K in student loans. Yup, she's a victim.
As you extract layers from the supply chain to the end consumer, profits rise. This is why I love self publishing as it gives you the opportunity to extract middlemen for max margins.
Cox Communications is just a bad, perhaps worst. I have a story about them that literally stole 1 day out of my life -- talking about it would further waste more of my time which I'd rather not bequeath to this pathetic corporation. In fact, that story is still ongoing and hasn't been resolved.
Why? So they could upgrade to the latest iPhone, order 60 more cable channels, and buy the latest Gucci bag? Sorry, but doing this wouldn't change a fucking thing.
