I have my own sales company that currently reps 3 main businesses. While the money is good, currently I must be present to actually make money. I plan to hire someone to do most of my day-to-day activities in 3-4 years. I own 3 residential units and am looking to grow my real estate holdings to at least 25 units in the next 5 years.
