Thread: Greetings From Los Angeles

Hello everyone

It’s great to come across a website like this which has so many like minded people willing to help each other out.

I live in Los Angeles and am basically a cube dweller working for corporate America and a part time real estate investors, hoping to some day go full time.

I have been investing in single family houses for the last four years mainly for cash flow and appreciation.

I look forward to contributing to this forum and learning as much as I can from all of you.

Is anyone in the LA area?

The company that I work for is in the Steel industry. We are one of the largest Service Steel Distributors in the US.
