    Default Here from Scahuamburg Area

Hey everyone just wanted to say whats going on and i look forward to getting advice so that i can get in the fast lane to millions. I was introduced to this site by a very motivated and good friend and from this site alone he has gotten an abundance of help and great ideas.... I hope it does the same for me. Currently i'm at the community college in palatine taking some of my gen eds. In June i will be moving out to the Denver Colorado area to be continuing school at a place called metro. MY area of interest that i would like to study is marketing. Its something that i know only a little about and it would be great if there is anyone in here that majored in marketing that would be able to help me out cause i know its something i want to get into, but i know there are a lot of different options and which one would lead me to the fast lane.

    Thanks

    Travis G Dunlop

Hello and welcome to TheFastlane, glad to have you here.
I myself am not studying marketing, but if I recall correctly PhxMJ (founder of the forum) has a marketing degree and I'm sure it would somehow useful to your career in business!
Good luck with your studies & future ventures and I hope the forum truly helps you get in the fastlane faster than you imagined possible

Whats up T-Rav? I was like "Someone from Schaumburg, NO WAY!"....but then it only turned out to be you.

Glad to see you here. There are a lot of people on the Fastlane who do all different types of marketing. Online, offline, and everything between.

You will more than likely learn many more things than just marketing here though (I guarantee you will).

Make sure you try to give back what you get. Help others with what you learn not only in school, but creative ideas you pick up while you are browsing the internet. If you see a good way to gain customers share the info with the community.

You will make good friends here on the forums; The Fastlane is like one big happy family of millionaires and soon-to-be millionaires.

    Good to have you,

    G. Alexander

Sup TGD? Marketing is a great focus, as all entrepreneurs have to market and sell eventually ... Palatine CC ... hmmm .... could that be good old Harper CC?

    Yessir, Harper would be correct!

They are actually going through the motions with the state board to become a University right now, and have been for the past few years. No idea what is going on with that situation though.

Palatine here! In fact my adult baseball league plays at Harper.

Anyways a friend of Alex is a friend of us fastlaners!

Looking forward to hearing from ya and hopefully we can finally get the local Fastlaners of Chicago(see sig) group going.

I think Kenric and MJ need to join as honorary members as well

Yes im at good old harper cc. Then in the summer i might be transferring out to metro in Denver where i will be living at my girlfriends moms house. I think this move will allow a better opportunity to focus more on my goals and work on things i have going with G Alexander and see a completely different demographic. Im gonna start sending resumes to some of the marketing firms i came across on the internet that are in Denver if anyone has any advice for the resume or if anyone has any contacts in Denver. As for that chicago fastlane meeting we should definitly all meet up.....im very motivated to learn im tired of just saying that im gonna be succesful.

    Thanks
    Travis
