Thread: Ready to go!

Afternoon Everyone. My name is Paul and I live in Niagara Falls, Canada. I have had entrepreneurs blood running through my veins for a long time, but have been too torn between needing that paycheck and wanting the freedom (both financial and time) that comes with entrepreneurship. I ran my own business several years ago and was doing well (or so I thought). I made some Naïve decisions took on a partner that took advantage….. blah blah blah. I did learn a ton from the experience at least.

I have had a couple other opportunities come my way and am exploring many avenues. Because of life's responsibilities, I can't just quit my job and start something else. So I have been working at starting another company on the side... gotta love those long hours!! I have wanted to start a RE Investment company as well, even took a few REI courses here in Ontario but haven’t purchased anything yet.... yet.

I am really looking forward to learning as much as I can from everyone's experience and knowledge. It’ll be great to have an un-biased sounding board as well!

JScott: I have actually looked into Buffalo - it's only 30 min from my house. Lots of potential there. Freddie Mac has houses listed there for $6900 and up.... unreal. I need to do alot more market resarch on the various neigbourhoods etc first... I've been on your site already... TONS of good info! Much appreciated!
