Guys,

Once again... thanks in advance. I'm looking for some advice from successful fastlaners on how they went about incorporating or establishing a business presence. What I would like to do is create an umbrella company/Tax ID that I can filter funds from all of my online business dealings. Are there are negative impacts from doing this and if not, what does your company look like currently for tax purposes or legal filings?
