I have recently set up this website so that i can eventually solicit my nutrition services and sell nutritional supplements.
Here is my site NUTRASIQUE
nutrition to alter your physique
I want to be able to provide a way for prospective clients to see my site, services, and products.
I have an accredited degree in nutrition and will be getting my RD soon. I also have like this company Syntecworld.com and will sell their premium supplements as a third party distributor.
I would like to know what is your first impressions of the site and the idea?
Again keep in mind that i want to educate individuals on a fusion of nutrition that is based in western medecine with scientifically backed complimentary alternative medicine.
With the baby boomers aging and the general population more concerned with health and nutrition i think its a good start for me.
Total cost to me is 70 bucks any helpful criticism is much appreciated

Nice looking website at first glance, good job!
The only thing I would pay more attention to are the instances of pictures that are pixelated like these two right now: Bone Care and the Wacky Summer Fitness Trends images.
Images on the landing page MUST be crystal clear and sharp (not even mentioning the right to use any image of course, but I'm sure everyone knows that), otherwise they suggest sloppiness.
Very good start with the site, healthy living and good nutrition is becoming more and more important in people's lives it seems (finally). Especially if someone solves the "how to" of achieving healthy living easier.
Good luck!
good start. how do you plan on getting traffic? seo? paid?
here is a suggestion. put a clear call to action on the site

I like your site a lot. I have a site in the same industry: Body By Type - Lose 30 Pounds in 6 Weeks and I really like some of the questions you ask. The other threads are quite right about having a clear and compelling call to action. It may be a good idea to have a landing page that is more sales oriented and point a lot of the traffic to that site. Offer the free analysis on there and then direct them to the more information site to impress them with your care and knowledge. It's obvious you have a passion for this. What is your story? How do the diets get designed? Why is it so inexpensive when most nutritionists charge $200 to $500 for their services? I might also include a little background on your experience or some client testimonials. How are you planning on driving traffic? I have found craigslist to be a good source of traffic if you advertise "free weight loss advice". Let me know how it goes.

Your site looks "inviting" and fresh.
If you want to set yourself apart to become successful with this website, my advice is to include a blog and write weekly (and later maybe daily) articles with summaries of scientific evidence that supports the use of a particular supplement.
Create an index of symptoms from where you can link to products.
When the first product that I saw on your site was a calcium supplement I was a bit surprised. There is evidence that calcium supplements are normally not needed and can even be detrimental (calcidfication of arteries).
What people should be focussing on is getting enough vitamin D3 which is crucial for getting calcium to do it's job in the bones. Most people get more than enough calcium through their food and if the blood serum level of D3 is sufficient the calcium from the food suffices to maintain a healthy bone structure.
You may want to look at the website of Dr. Mercola.
He tends to whine much about the dangers of radiation from cell phones etc., but for the remainder he presents excellent, up to date, health information on a daily basis.
If you may believe the number of viewers of his articles that is shown on his site, that often runs in the tenthousands per day.
Very nice website, design is cool and appropriate and for me logo is a winner, very brandable and memorable, I can already see you selling some of your own supplements
I think what you do is very fresh, but maybe you want to make your (above quoted) mission more obvious. Otherwise it can be just another fitness website, which may or may not interest me depending on whether I saw an interesting headline on it.
It's just a personal opinion though![]()
