I have an idea running around my head and today because of too much free time I decided to put it on paper. So, here it is (just a sketch):


Studio/Company/Freelance (call it how you like) that offers web design, logo, branding, etc. But i'm not doing that labor, just outsourcing, so there's no employees and I can target my efforts on looking for clients.

· Company 2 (Web code, Wordpress, Joomla, OsCommerce) = 150$ to 800$
· Company 3 (banner design = 40$)

4. Suppliers TIME

· Company 1 - 6 days
· Company 2 - 1 to 2 days
· Company 3 - 1 day


5. Selling price

· Cost+60%:

- Company 1 LOGO = 200$ -> 200$ + 60% = 320$ -> Benefit 120$
- Company 2 WEBSITE = 500$ -> 500$ + 60% = 800$ -> Benefit 300$
- Company 3 = 40$ -> 40$ + 60% = 64$ -> Benefit 24$

6. Added Qualities:

· Quickly
· Professionalism
· Quality / Price
· Facility of payment

7. Facility of payment

· Payments in quotas without interests.

8. Payment methods:

· Paypal
· Google Checkout
· Bank transfer
· Credit Card

9. Delivery of the product:

· Digital: e-mail & upload to host

10. HOST and DOMAIN:

· Possibility of contracting instead of the client


You must know two important points:

· Spanish design market it's more expensive than yours and no one knows about "crowdsourcing" websites or outsourcing companies that make things that cheap.
· I pay DOLLARS and get EUROS

Hi Alex,

you are actually thinking of what exactly I'm doing right now (my business will be registered in about a month, but I already have my first clients).

You could and maybe even should go that far to outsource some work to India, Pakistan, etc.
Just be sure to find someone who's skillful AND relaible. Other than that always try to stand out. I don't know how it's in Spain but in Germany there are quite a lot of companies that offer a similar service.

Pay attention that you always have rather cheap prices (never too cheap, though) and deliver 110% perfect work. Furthermore make getting a website easy for your customers. Lots of developers make the mistake that they use a way too technical, for the customers complicated language. Never do that - speak Spanish, not PHP
