Thanks for inviting me
Thanks for joining! I just sent out a bunch of invites (about 33, I believe), so hopefully we can get this place up and running actively in the near future. How young were you all when you got started with you business endeavors? What got you interested in business/investing early on? For me, I think I was just always interested in luxuries and money, and I knew that investing and entrepreneurship was one way to acquire them. My interest in real estate started when I was about 13 and at my friends house, I began talking to my friend's dad about "building". I'd always been fascinated by new projects and developments, but never really understood them. He explained the process to me, and from then on, I aspired to be a successful real estate investor and developer. Now, four years later, my passion for real estate has only increased, and I can't wait to get started!!!
Hey Yankees, thank you so much for inviting me. I'm a 19-year-old business student from Israel, I was always fascinated by entrepreneurship and real estate and I'd like to learn as much as I can about these fields, and this place has been my number one learning source since the first day I've joined!! It's amazing to have people my age who share similar interests, as it's extremely hard find someone in our age range interested in something other than partying, drinking and smoking !!
I feel so special! How old is everyone? 24 here!
Thanks for the invite. 22 here from NC. Anyone ever need someone to bounce ideas off off...just PM me.
I'm 17. Been here since I was a 16! I feel like an old man now.
Hi all. 23 from Midwest, investing some in stocks and building up to buying a first property. Let's get this thing going.
Hi thanks for starting this yankees338 So what are the goals and aspirations of everybody in this group?
Thanks for the invite! Yankees338 always has the greatest threads or replies. I think I'm not too different from most investors. I was in college, and came across "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and absorbed that book and it's principles. Think like a business owner, even if you don't have your own business. I was in the real estate field for a while (mortgages), but now I am currently building my own business. (sorry can't be too specific!) I'm not too qualified to give advice, but learn to love and understand rejection. If you do you will win!
Thanks for the invite! Im 20 from NC.
