    Hey all,
I figured it would be good if we set up a meetup sometime within the next month or two to make some contacts and make more entrepreneurial friends. It doesn't have to be a huge event, maybe just a dinner or happy hour depending on what we decide on.
Reply if you would be interested. I also need:
    1) approximately when you would be free for this
    2) your preference of location (town)
    3) idea on the type of event (dinner, etc)

Thanks, hope to hear from you guys

I work during weekends so I will have to get my schedule cleared in advance. How about sometime around mid-July? Let's see if everyone can do that. So, about a month and one week from now. In terms of location, I think we should do it in SD since most of us are here. The folks in LA can drive down I guess.

    Hey guys,

Looks like I may be relocating back to Utah around July 14th. Not completely sure, but that's what my plans are looking like right now. We could have a meetup before, or I could just leave the group since I'll be leaving the state anyways. No big deal.

As far as the details go, if you'd like to have it before the 14th, I'm free most days (sundays and mondays are best, though). I live in San Diego and don't have a lot of options as far as transportation goes, so somewhere close would be ideal. I wouldn't mind the type of event... dinner sounds good to me.

Anywhere is San Diego works for me, and my schedule is very flexible. I'm down for dinner, or we could just have drinks (for the 21+ set) at my place, The AIR CONDITIONED Lounge

Im free anytime, any day, any night.

I will need transportation since I cant drive and I will have to take the drive down San Diego its only 120 miles away from where I live in LA.
If I was able to drive then I would.

I went to Google maps and searched from LA to San Diego and here are the two results

    Suggested Routes:
    I-5 S 120 miles 2 hours 4 minutes 3 hours 30 minutes in traffic

I guess taking the I-5 S alone will bring you to San Diego

    The second result is:
    I-405 S and I-5 S 2 hours 11 minutes

Most likely I will not be able to make it, cuz I dont have a ride. But if anyone from LA is planning to go to San Diego then you can take the route that I showed you. You can also use google maps but you will get the same results

@MikeC: Too bad, one less fastlaner down here. I'm sure you'll do well up there though. If we have it before the 14th, it would still be cool for you to drop by if you can make it.

@Bozigian: Is train an option? I haven't checked out what public transportation goes from there to here.

I live in Irvine, but would be willing to trek down to SD for a meetup.

Weekends are better, but if its far enough in advance, I'll adjust my schedule accordingly.

The AC Lounge looks nice, as long as we could focus on making money and networking instead of partying :P. We could do that afterwards I guess.

    1) I'll be relatively free after July 4th.
    2) My preference for location is Santa Monica or somewhere in the Los Angeles area.
    3) Dinner sounds good.

    Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I live in SD and am available to meet anytime; preferably on the weekends. For you San Diegans who know the area I work in San Diego off the 15 on Aero Drive and live in Escondido. Let's all meet up sometime soon!
