How do you have a business plan and don't know the niche?
Also, why E-Commerce? Maybe you don't have the motivation for E-Commerce because it doesn't excite you, why not do something else?

As you could imagine starting a business is not easy. I have written a small business plan on paper for an ecommerce start-up. The problem is I don't know where to begin. I don't know what products/niche to pick, there is competition everywhere! Do you have tips on how can you minimize the risks of failure associated with the commandment of Entry?
Things I need to do :
-Find a killer niche/set of products
-Determine the start-up and all the inherent costs related to the business.
-Find and contact good suppliers that offer dropshipping
-Educate myself on marketing and Search engine optimization
-Test and choose an ecommerce platform
-Find strategies to beat the shit out of the competition
I think starting is the most difficult part. I don't really have the drive, the motivation that once I had. My worst enemy is me. I choose to procrastinate and it sucks! I always tell me "someday I'll do it" and you know what someday never arrives. I'm stuck in the analysis paralysis and I don't know how to get out of this...

Stay on this forum, and somehow you will change with time like osmosis. Just look for the first thing you need to do that will put you in the right direction. Start with step one, and then go onto step 2.
Write down all your problems in a list, so you would see it all in front of you. Then start with one, any of them, and then work on it. Chip it little by little. But it's not done in one day, since doing it everyday is the way.
Procrastination is a demon, and you need to deal with that as soon as possible.

I've been reading your posts for a while and I've noticed a trend.
You're all over the place. You have this idea, that idea, another idea. It's like you read about something that sounds like a good idea and then you change your mind the next day.
That's not how this works, mate.
You're chasing money. You're trying to find that one thing that'll set you for life but you don't even start on any of it. Just START. That's all you gotta do.
