Default Strengthsfinder 1.0 Dont waste time focusing on your weaknesses.

Everyone should know their core strengths. And the StrengthsFinder 1.0 test is a good place to start. The book is called Now, Discover Your Strengths. Get the book (free or on ebay if possible) but make sure it has the access code to take the test in the back of the book before you buy it. I was turned on to this book by my mentor who is the CEO of a 700m dollar biotech company and I keep my results close by to remind me to stay focused on my core strengths. The test will identify five of your core strengths and further study on your own will help you to develop those strengths even further. Stop wasting time focusing on your weaknesses and learn how to utilize what you already have.

BTW this is not my product and I am in no way connected to this company just sharing some knowledge. This is some Gallup Press research that many CEOs require their top talent to take, including my mentor. Check it out if you will. Pretty powerful.

I forgot to mention that this test is not a "test" in the sense of a school test but it evaluates you based on your spontaneous reaction to events.
