I've read the book and now I'm stuck between two of what I believe to be great website ideas. One does not have a big competition but neither as large of a market. The other has a larger market but more competition. One is a community directory yooreviews.com (businessness, schools, professionals, and classifieds) posted on here with another member. The other is a natural medicine website filled with information pertaining to various conditions and illnesses. I'm caught up with both could someone help me out ?

Which one are you more passionate about? Go with that one. Don't start a business just for the money. Start a business because you care about what you're creating and building value that others will pay for.
Competition is not a bad thing - it shows that there is a market for that product/service, and you can learn how to run your business from seeing what the competition is doing. That being said, make sure there is something unique and special about what you offer that will set you apart from the competition.
That's my two centsBest of luck to you.
