I saw this thread awhile ago, but wanted to write how I have no clue on what to talk about. I am a newb to the fastlane and am not sure what "expertise" I can bring to the table...

Newbs are always surprised that we talk about *non* business stuff, too. It's all about what you're good at, and have experience at, and are willing to share.

You would not believe how crazy, seemingly off-topic stuff winds up stimulating all kinds of great conversation and good ideas.

I have no freakin' clue this year... got a lot going on but most of it
is what we call "learning experiences"

Ok, trying to come up with a topic to discuss. I would appreciate feedback on the topics to get a feel for what you would want to hear.

1- Real estate asset protection
2- How/why to set up offshore company and banking
3- Multi-flag life strategy (residency, citizenship, business, banking, investments, etc. in different countries)
4- Goal setting


I could also do more technical presentations, but these tend to be snoozers.

1- Economic forecasts
2- Options trading

I got my hands on some really awesome mobile marketing material earlier this year. Thinking about putting it into presentation form.

Damn February comes up fast.

My votes go for GOAL SETTING (and not just that, but how to DO DO DO), and the advantages/disads of multi-flag strategies.

Also, you could comment on the sitch w/the US indicting Swiss Banks and how it might affect world money movement (no whining allowed--- we all knew this was going to happen-- I'm just shocked they waited so long after announcing it in 2008/9!!!)

I hear ya. You could always share what's working in the learning experiences olympics. Or, look at my B&P thread comments (I gave a few suggestions specifically for you).

I have even fewer ideas than in years past!! I'm about to run out of non-fastlane off-topic topics about which I know enough to present!

I think alot of times, we could just mention what we do and our area of expertise and people will have a lot of questions to ask you. That would easily take up most of your presentation time. In fact, our presentations usually end up going long due to questions.

I'm know I'm late to the party, but my vote is for #2 and #3 above.
