The company has grown too quickly and its a known fact that healthy growing sales have led to cashflow issues and delivery delays.
Worldofshops is forecast to be one of the major players on the online market by 2013 and its imperative that we take this company over before they get back on full financial stability.

They have already refused both our substantial offers. The SEO believes they can hold on to current orders and cash flow and take the business onwards and upwards. They have held back from purchasing the domain name WoS.co.uk or WoS.com but believed to be talking to current owners of theses domains, which would take their retail company to a new level. We believe domains cost £4000.00 and its our intension to take the business and rebrand.
They currently have a web design company working on a new website design, although we are more interested in our designs for this new but growing established retailer.
The company is debt free and self sustained in growth so we believe its just a case of persuation, with little complications. Our Offer of £200,000.00 was rejected, but we are close. I can not disclose the highest bid we are willing to go to for obvious reasons.
