The link I am providing is to a post, on a support forum for commercial software for Wordpress (s2member), which is a tool (a great one actually) for making an ecommerce shopping cart in Wordpress.

You'll see these posters ranting about the lack of responsiveness when trying to get customer service support. With enough trolling, you can find similar statements from others too.
