Ryan responds to questions sent by young aspiring entrepreneurs about the most important lessons he learned as an entrepreneur, he gives pretty good advice and I have to say that I really like this guy, he seems pretty successful and he's only 23:

Wow I really liked his point that life is long. Being impatient that you haven't made a million yet at your age is only going to discourage you. If instead we focus on where we are now (not where we aren't) and where we want to be in the future, we will be a lot more encouraged and motivated to move in a positive direction.
