Thread: is law FASTLANE?

With a law firm, this would be my idea for how to make it fastlane:

1) Come up with a niche field to focus at. Maybe "suing corporations and/or individuals in cases involving only slandering". Because this field would be so well needed these days. Every day someone get's slandered because of the internet phenomon (because the one doing the slandering is so well protected, they think...hehe).

2) Create a brand and make it known through pressrelases, through strategic partnerships (accountants could refer business clients for example and other non-related lawyer firms could refer private clients), through marketing and viral marketing (existing client refering friends and family) etc.

3) License brand and what it stands for abroad. Non-exclusive could be licenses on a royalty rate basis and exclusive would demand for some guaranteed amount every month (and with royalty rate as well).

I would think, me personally, would be able to make this happen in 4 years time. It is all about how quickly you can gain moment in your cause. Some companies demands more time than others due to different things (for example the need of govermental licenses etc).
