Vigilante, my friend has already created something to prevent this and is a part of a foundation for it

Hedge. Encourage them to put the pedal to the metal. Now is the time for national press releases, media exposure, and maximizing headlines. Encourage them to get in touch with the reporter who wrote the story. If I were playing in that space, it's time to POUND their message. Especially since their business is saving KIDS (reread professor speed's post... this is a national epidemic) if they have the solution they have something that can scale quickly with a relatively high barrier to entry, and maybe the credibility to become the answer to the problem. Good luck!

I don't understand why this is happening more now. We've had those old heavy TVs for a long time. I can understand the flat panels tipping easier but these cases are mostly with the older TVs.

He has already been on the news and in the media a lot and works with a foundation to prevent this from happening as it happened to his own son 10 years ago, was a piece of furniture not a TV, they weren't looking for ONE second and it was over. And in the support groups he is in, he has met other people and they promote a product they made to bolt all furniture to the walls when people have babies and toddlers. They have a website but it did not work so he is looking into the technical problem as he is paying for it. It may have expired or is just having technical difficulties It was a horrible funeral to be at. I have known him for years. It was once of the worst things I have ever seen.
