That blog completely turns me off of the whole entrepreneur thing; it is so much easier than they make it sound. No wonder why people think they are incapable; I hate bureaucracy and lawyers.

That is beyond my little mind, but I can see it is a cool outline for smarter people than me. However, I did read the comments and I got turned on to a book by the buys who started Basecamp (a collaboration softare I used to track my outsourcers). So if you don't find the main outline useful try digging deeper in those comments. I just ordered the book "Rework" because of it. It has big endorsement from Seth Godin. I love all of Seth's stuff. TY.

Ryan talks about the value of protecting your family in case you are in an accident, I am glad that he is able to share his knowledge. I know that having insurance is common knowledge, but just him dedicating one blog post to things other than getting rich quick cause me to respect him...

Props to him for keeping the blog going, but all these laws are over-intellectualized. Keep it simple.
