LIST of premium priced internet forums that fit the fastlane

Is a "niche" forum Fastlane??

This business venture may be a very interesting one to many members probably.

So what is this thread about?

Well, I would like to list all kinds of forums you find on the web with premium priced membership fees that we can find and take as an inspiration.

Mr. kfleming has listed those two examples from the other thread already:
stackthatmoney.com and
ppvplaybook.com

It's easy to see how this can be fastlane:

200 members at 200$ per member each month: 40.000$ p. month
500 x 200 p.month = 100.000$ p. month

While actual revenue figures are pretty private for them, I'm going to throw somethingawful.com into this list. 160k members @ $10 once off registration, ongoing features payments of $5 - $25, plus advertising & merchandising revenues with nearly 250k daily pageviews.
